Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on orders over $75 (excluding saddles) to the continental United States. Orders under $75 will be charged a flat rate of $9.95 for regular ground shipping. We are adding international and expedited shipping options soon; stay tuned!

Shipping Times

In-stock items will ship from our store in Bellevue, Idaho within one business day from the time we receive your order. Please refer to individual product pages for lead times on special order or custom products. UPS ground shipping times vary based upon your location. Please see the map below for a general estimate:

 Packaging/Gift Wrap

You might notice that our packaging methods sometimes look a bit different than other retailers. We recognize that even recyclable materials frequently end up in landfills, so we try to minimize our use of non-biodegradable materials and avoid excessive packaging. Custom orders or alternate sizes may be shipped directly from the manufacturer in their packaging.
